![]() More so considering the history of adding new items in new leagues. I mean if you needed 24 mules in standard, you'll probably need them in the new league as well. Goodbye items you could have used to play around with in standard. Whelp, time to delete some mules so you can make new ones for the new league. wait a minute, now you're back to 4 limited tabs for a league that not only has previous items, but may include newer ones. And now a new league begins, wooo! Whoops, gotta delete that standard character since the other 24 are mules. But wait, we gotta keep an actual tab clean to transfer the items between them so it's actually 13. Sounds good, right? Sure without specialty tabs 14 total can actually be filled really quick depending on your collecting habits, but it sure as hell beats 4. Assuming the character limit is 25, 24 of those being mules is equal to about 10 normal stash tabs. To say "just keep some mule characters" at this point is so far gone I can't even begin to understand it. I didn't even bother to mention currency, shards, or uniques/valuable rares. Things like divination cards and essences alone could fill a normal tab each with maps filling the rest. I find it odd how people defend the choice to keep the default stash tab number low despite the increase in items required.
